How many calories, carbs, fats, and proteins should a 15 year old guy eat?

I’m 15 years old I weigh about 155 pounds, I’m 6’1 and very active, I exercise everyday for about a half an hour in the morning and then I try to get out after I am finished with school. So I basically need to know how many calories, carbs, fats, and proteins I should eat. Oh and its for a school assignment. Thanks.
